We work with clients with training needs on a budget to provide meaningful learning experiences empowered by digital technology. Flexible and innovative solutions are designed to accommodate companies looking to conduct training across locations or simply in a more efficient and powerful structure.
Instructional design begins with the client's intended learner outcomes, before building learning objects in stages with client consultation until a final course design is achieved. A range of multimedia technology tools are employed to capture the highest degree of learning impact. Blended learning managements use social networking principals for a more learner centered and collaborative learning process. Dynamic assessment tools are built into training to ensure intended learning results.
Work Process
Every e-Learning design project at Sector International passes through five major stages:
1. Define it - The learning outcomes and project expectations along with the operational constraints of the client are clearly defined.
2. Map it - The functional requirements, specifications, and learning content are gathered and documented in a scope and sequence.
3. Design it - The learning project is developed to specification and tested.
4. Check it - The project is presented to the client for final feedback and changes.
5. Deliver it - The final project is delivered to the client in the format requested.
Throughout this process we work in close consultation with the client to ensure that the final product is in line with client expectations.
